Why are we making these changes?
You've told us we make things too complicated here at Telstra, we’re too slow and hard to deal with. Moving to a new system is the first step in making it easier for you. Millions of customers are already on the new system and find it better as orders are easier to process, without needing us.

Right now, we don’t need you to do anything, we wanted to give you the heads up this change is coming. We will get back in touch when it’s time to move you and provide you with further details.
