As part of our commitment to provide our customers a more streamlined and improved brand experience, some of your services will change from a JB Hi-Fi & The Good Guys post-paid plan to a JB Hi-Fi Mobile Upfront Plan from .
Your contract will still be with Telstra and your service will continue to enjoy access to the Telstra mobile network but there will be some changes to your plan and support services moving forward.
From , details about your JB Hi-Fi Mobile Upfront Plans can only be accessed through the JB Hi-Fi Mobile app instead of the My Telstra app. If your new plans no longer meet your needs you can change your plans in the JB Hi-Fi Mobile app.

If you exceed your data allowance on your new plans, your speed will be capped at 1.5Mbps but you won't be charged extra.
As a part of moving your service to an Upfront Plans any exisiting discounts will be removed, refer to above table for any price change, increase or eligible discounts.
Changes to International Roaming
There is no International Roaming allowance already included with your plan cost. On your new plan, you'll only be able to roam in selected destinations by activating an International Roaming Day Pass. You can activate an International Day Pass in the the JB Hi-Fi Mobile app and you'll be charged when you start to use your service in those eligible destinations. You'll need to download the JB Hi-Fi Mobile app to view usage and upcoming payments, download digital receipts and manage your services. Once your services have moved onto the JB Hi-Fi Mobile Upfront Plan, details about these services will no longer be available on the My Telstra app.
You'll still use your My Telstra Username and Password details to log into the JB Hi-Fi Mobile app. Don't have a My Telstra Username? Click here.
Data sharing with eligible services on your account. You may share data with up to 10 JB Hi-Fi Mobile Upfront plans on the same account within Australia.
